Covid-19 FAQ


  • Employees will be required to wash hands every 30 to 60 minutes, depending on job role.

  • All employees will be required to wear a mask while working.

The Concession Stand

  • Concession items will be modified to limit open air exposure, such as sealed popcorn bags, etc.

  • When refilling soft drinks or popcorn, we will exchange your prior cup or bag for a new container.

  • Counters, registers, POS systems, door handles, etc. will be wiped down with disinfectant before and after each selling period.

The Auditorium

  • Guests are required to wear a face mask at all times while in the theatre lobby, bathroom, and auditorium until seated. Masks can be removed only while eating and drinking while seated in the auditorium. We will provide masks to guests who arrive at the theatre without one. Employees monitor the auditorium throughout each show as a standard practice, and will remind guests to wear their mask when needed.

  • Auditorium capacities will be reduced to 30%.

  • Our seating chart will maintain at least 6 feet between individuals or groups to maintain proper social distancing throughout the movie. 


  • We kindly ask that any guest who has a fever or are experiencing any Covid-19 like symptoms refrain from coming to our theatre.

  • If a guest has knowingly been in contact with any individuals that have been diagnosed with Covid-19, we ask that you avoid the theatre until you are symptom free for 72 hours.

  • If a guest has purchased tickets and has experienced any symptoms related to Covid-19, you may request a refund.
